Android API 33 (v13) API 34 (v14) tap fail #4257 - wixDetox

api 33I’m getting a notification that says App must target Android 13 (API level 33) or hher. Fix by Aug 31 I know 1.4.20 is supporting level 33 but we can not use it unless the memory budget issue is fixed.
